Yokogawa 701255 Analog Voltage Input Module, 10MS/s

The Yokogawa 701255 is a 2-channel analog voltage input module built for high-speed data acquisition on Yokogawa ScopeCorder and data acquisition platforms. Operating at 10 MS/s with 12-bit resolution and 3 MHz bandwidth, it captures rapidly changing signals with ±0.5% accuracy and low noise performance. The non-isolated module accepts AC, DC, and GND coupling through BNC connectors and features input impedance of 1 MΩ ±1% with approximately 35 pF capacitance.

An integrated anti-aliasing filter provides selectable bandwidth limiting at OFF, 500 Hz, 5 kHz, 50 kHz, or 500 kHz to prevent aliasing artifacts. Voltage measurement extends to 600 V when used with the optional 10:1 probe (model 700929). Vertical axis accuracy is specified as ±(0.5% of 10 div), with temperature coefficients of ±(0.05% of 10 div)/°C at the zero point and ±(0.02% of 10 div)/°C for gain (typical values).

The module maintains signal integrity across its measurement range through careful analog design and filtering.
