The HP/Agilent 8130A is a fully programmable high-speed pulse generator delivering precise pulse generation up to 300 MHz with 10 ps timing resolution. It has variable pulse widths from 1.5 ns to 99.9 ms, adjustable delays from 0 to 99.9 ms, and transition times down to 1 ns, making it ideal for characterizing high-speed digital ICs and analog circuits. The instrument offers 5 V peak-to-peak output into 50 Ω with selectable offset control, coupled with flexible external triggering and gating modes for advanced test applications.
