The Agilent/Keysight 87075C is a 75-ohm multiport test set that extends network analyzer capabilities for high-volume characterization of RF and microwave devices. It eliminates the need for repeated RF interconnections by measuring all signal paths and ports of a device under test in a single connection setup.
