This unit

The LeCroy 9310A is a dual-channel digital oscilloscope delivering 400 MHz bandwidth and 100 MS/s real-time sampling on each channel simultaneously. Built for signal analysis across research, design validation, and system integration, this instrument combines high-resolution acquisition with advanced triggering and waveform processing. Its configurable memory architecture and precision timebase enable both single-shot capture and repetitive signal analysis with equivalent-time sampling reaching 10 GS/s.

  • Selectable memory depths address trade-offs between acquisition duration and system bandwidth

  • Segmented memory reduces dead time in burst-capture applications

  • Advanced trigger coupling (AC, DC, HF, LFREJ, HFREJ) isolates desired event characteristics

  • CRT display renders complex waveforms with high-resolution visualization

Typical Applications

  • Signal integrity verification in high-speed digital design

  • Analog circuit characterization and fault diagnosis

  • Transient event capture and post-analysis

  • Educational instrumentation for electronics laboratories

Compatibility & Integration External clock input accepts ECL and TTL sources to ≤100 MHz. Channel inputs support 1 MΩ and 50 Ω termination. Trigger sources include both internal channels and external inputs with programmable coupling and level adjustment.
