LeCroy ADP305 High-Voltage Differential Probe, 1400 V, 20MHz

The LeCroy ADP305 is an active differential probe engineered for precision measurement of high-speed floating voltages in power electronics applications. It delivers 100 MHz bandwidth with 1400 Vpeak differential measurement capability and 1000 VRMS common mode voltage per input to ground (CAT III). The probe integrates with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes via ProBus interface, enabling full remote control of attenuation, offset, and bandwidth limit directly from the oscilloscope front panel.

Measurement setups are saved and recalled with automatic scale factor correction. Built to EN61010 Category III safety standards for fixed-installation and portable equipment use.
