The Keysight B1511B Medium Power Source/Measure Unit (MPSMU) is a modular instrument that integrates into the Keysight B1500A Semiconductor Device Analyzer mainframe to deliver precise DC parametric characterization. Operating in 4-quadrant mode, it sources and measures voltage and current with exceptional resolution - down to 10 fA for current and 0.5 µV for voltage - enabling detailed DC IV and Quasi-Static Capacitance-Voltage analysis with integrated leakage current compensation.
