This unit

The Keysight CX1101A is a single-channel current sensor accessory for the CX3300 Series Device Current Waveform Analyzers, engineered to measure low-level current waveforms with high precision. It delivers a measurement range from 40 nA to 1 A (extendable to 10 A with the CX1206A High Current Sensor Head) and supports a maximum stand-alone bandwidth of 100 MHz. The sensor employs wideband noise-suppressed current measurement technology with a typical input resistance of 410 mΩ, enabling detection of subtle current variations critical in R&D and manufacturing environments.

Common-mode voltage capability reaches ±40 V peak (DC + AC), with AC limited to ±5 V above 1 MHz.

Technical Specifications

  • Measurement range: 40 nA to 1 A (standard); up to 10 A with CX1206A High Current Sensor Head
