The Keysight 10076A is a passive high-voltage probe engineered for oscilloscope-based measurement of high-potential circuits. It delivers a 100:1 attenuation ratio and 250 MHz bandwidth, supporting peak input voltages to 4000 V (4 kVpk) across multiple safety categories. The probe's fast risetime of less than 1.4 ns when paired with 500 MHz bandwidth oscilloscopes enables precise capture of transient events in power electronics and industrial high-voltage environments.
