Yokogawa DL1540C Digital Oscilloscope

The Yokogawa DL1540C is a four-channel digital oscilloscope built for electronic test and measurement across industrial and laboratory environments. With 150 MHz analog bandwidth, 200 MS/s maximum sampling rate, and 120 k word record length, it captures transient and repetitive signals with 8-bit vertical resolution in standard mode, expandable to 9 bits (smoothing) or 12 bits (256-point averaging). The 6.4-inch color TFT display (640 × 480 pixels) renders waveforms at up to 60 Hz refresh rate, while advanced triggering - edge, pulse width, TV, video, pattern, delay, event, and window modes - isolates specific signal conditions.

Peak-to-peak compression and envelope mode at 100 MS/s maximize on-screen data density. Math functions include FFT, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Color accumulation distinguishes signal anomalies and jitter characteristics through statistical visualization.

The instrument accepts ±300 Vrms CAT II inputs with 1 MΩ ±1% impedance and 2 mV/div to 10 V/div vertical sensitivity. Time base spans 5 ns/div to 50 s/div; rise time is <1.8 ns. Pulse counting automates waveform enumeration within defined windows.

Optional enhancements include VGA output for external monitor display, color printing via GP-IB/Centronics adapter, and an integrated printer for waveform hardcopy.
