The Keysight DSA80000B-009-DSA is a digital signal analyzer purpose-built for characterization of high-speed digital designs and serial data streams. Based on the Infiniium DSO80000B Series oscilloscope platform with InfiniiMax probing integration, it delivers 13 GHz real-time bandwidth, 40 GSa/s sampling, and noise performance for advanced signal integrity analysis and compliance testing.
