Rigol DS1102D 1G Sr 16 Channels 100 Mhz Mixed Signal Oscilloscope Logic Analyzer

The Rigol DS1102D is a mixed-signal oscilloscope combining 2 analog channels with a 16-channel logic analyzer for simultaneous analog and digital signal analysis. It captures fast-changing signals at 1 GSa/s (single channel) or 500 MSa/s (dual channels) with 100 MHz bandwidth and 25 GSa/s equivalent sample rate. Deep memory up to 1 Mpts on a single channel enables extended waveform capture for complex signal examination.

The instrument supports edge, video, pulse width, slope, alternate, pattern, and duration trigger modes with adjustable sensitivity, making it flexible for identifying specific signal events across analog and digital domains.
