The Agilent/Keysight DSA81304B is a 13 GHz Infiniium digital signal analyzer built for high-speed serial data debugging, compliance testing, and signal integrity analysis. This four-channel instrument delivers real-time sample rates to 40 GSa/s with configurable memory up to 64 Mpts, enabling capture of complex transient phenomena. The DSO81304B-001-003-004 configuration includes memory upgrade, high-speed serial data analysis with clock recovery, and EZJIT Plus jitter analysis software.
