This unit
The Keysight DSAV134A Infiniium V-Series is a 13 GHz digital signal analyzer built for signal integrity measurements and high-speed serial bus analysis. Four analog channels deliver maximum sample rates of 80 GSa/s (2-channel mode) or 40 GSa/s (4-channel mode), with up to 2 Gpts acquisition memory and 8-bit vertical resolution. The instrument achieves low-noise performance: 1.09 mV RMS at 50 mV/div and a jitter measurement floor of 100 fs (80 fs with 30 GHz input).
An advanced hardware serial trigger supports 160-bit pattern matching at 12.5 Gb/s, essential for USB 3.1 and PCI Express Gen 3 debugging. The PRBS error detector triggers on and displays bit errors for PRBS-7, 15, 23, and 31 signals. Four 3.5 mm threaded RF connectors with automatic torque mechanism (8 in-lbs) ensure reliable signal coupling.
MSO variants provide 16 digital channels at 10 GS/s or 8 channels at 20 GS/s. ENOB exceeds 5.5 bits; SFDR exceeds 50 dBc. Bandwidth is upgradable within the V-Series family.
