Agilent/Keysight DSAX92504A

The Agilent/Keysight DSAX92504A is a 25 GHz digital signal analyzer with four analog channels designed for high-speed signal measurement and waveform analysis in communications, aerospace, and defense applications. The instrument delivers true analog bandwidth upgradeable to 33 GHz, achieving sample rates of 80 GSa/s on two channels or 40 GSa/s across all four channels. Memory depth extends to 2 Gpts with standard 50 Mpts per channel, enabling capture of complex transient events and long signal sequences.

Native 8-bit vertical resolution scales to 10 bits and ≥12 bits with averaging. The DSA achieves jitter measurement floor below 150 fS and noise floor of 1.53 μVrms at 5 mV/div, supporting precision timing and signal integrity analysis.
