This unit
The Keysight DSO7104B is a 1 GHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope built for signal analysis, debugging, and protocol validation in embedded systems and automotive environments. With a 4 GSa/s maximum sample rate and 8 Mpts of deep memory, it captures long signal sequences without sacrificing temporal resolution. The 12.1-inch XGA display with 256 intensity levels and a 100,000 waveforms/second capture rate make it effective at isolating and characterizing infrequent events and transient behavior.
Advanced triggering and decoding options include I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, RS-232/UART, I2S, and MIL-STD-1553 serial protocols. Mask testing and segmented memory optimize verification workflows and data capture efficiency. Up to 23 automated measurements with statistical analysis (mean, min, max, standard deviation, count) reduce manual post-processing.
The AutoProbe interface handles probe attenuation configuration and power delivery automatically.
