The Keysight DSO80204B Infiniium is a 2 GHz oscilloscope built for signal analysis, debugging, and complex waveform characterization in telecommunications, semiconductor testing, and R&D environments. This 4-channel instrument delivers 40 GSa/s sampling in 2-channel mode and 20 GSa/s in 4-channel mode, with optional memory depths up to 64 Mpts at 4 GSa/s. The XGA touch screen interface supports drag-and-drop waveform positioning and instant zoom for rapid signal inspection.
