The Agilent/Keysight DSO80304B Infiniium is a 3 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for high-precision signal analysis across telecommunications, semiconductor design, and advanced development environments. Four analog channels deliver up to 40 GSa/s acquisition with configurable memory depths reaching 64 Mpts, enabling detailed capture of transient and repetitive signals. Sub-500 fs trigger jitter and a 161 µV noise floor at 5 mV/div provide the fidelity required for complex serial data and jitter characterization.
