This unit

The Keysight DSO81004B Infiniium is a 10 GHz real-time oscilloscope engineered for signal integrity analysis, high-speed digital characterization, and telecommunications validation. Built on four analog channels with up to 40 GSa/s sampling and configurable acquisition memory to 64 Mpts, this instrument delivers the capture depth and temporal resolution required for transient event analysis and complex signal debugging. Its sub-500 fs trigger jitter and 342 µV noise floor enable precise jitter quantification and low-level signal detection.

The touchscreen XGA display with 256 intensity levels supports interactive waveform exploration, while comprehensive measurement packages address serial standards compliance including HDMI 1.3, Serial ATA 3 Gbps, PCI Express, and DDR2. InfiniiMax II probing system compatibility extends bandwidth to 13 GHz with interchangeable probe heads and environmental chamber solutions rated -55 to +150 °C. User-defined functions and MATLAB integration enable custom analysis workflows.

Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 connectivity support remote operation and data transfer. The instrument accepts optional GPIB for legacy system integration.
