The Agilent/Keysight DSO6052A is a 500 MHz, 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope engineered for embedded systems debugging and mixed-signal analysis. This 6000 Series instrument captures analog waveforms from microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, ADCs, DACs, and transducers with sample rates up to 4 GSa/s and waveform capture rates reaching 100,000 waveforms/sec. MegaZoom III deep memory technology - expandable to 8 Mpts - enables high-resolution displays and rapid fault identification of intermittent glitches.

The 6.3" XGA color display (1024 × 768) presents 23 automatic measurements with statistics, while 12-bit vertical resolution in high-resolution mode delivers precise signal characterization.
