The Keysight DSOS204A is a 2 GHz, 4-channel high-definition oscilloscope built for signal integrity analysis and complex waveform capture in demanding design and test environments. It combines a 10-bit ADC with advanced system architecture to achieve up to 16 bits of vertical resolution - four times the resolution of conventional 8-bit instruments. The platform delivers sampling rates to 20 GSa/s (2-channel operation) or 10 GSa/s (4-channel), coupled with memory depth up to 800 Mpts/channel for extended signal characterization.
