Agilent / Keysight DSOX2014A Oscilloscope: 100 MHz, 4 Analog Channels

The Keysight DSOX2014A is a 100 MHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series designed for signal analysis, debugging, and automated measurements. This instrument captures waveforms at up to 200,000 wfms/s with a maximum sampling rate of 2 GS/s and 3.5 ns rise time, delivering the responsiveness required for embedded systems, power electronics, and communication protocol verification. The DSOX2014A features an 8.5-inch WVGA LCD display (800 x 480 pixels), 23–25 automated measurements, 14–18 waveform math functions, and an extensive trigger suite including edge, pulse width, pattern, rise/fall time, runt, setup & hold, video, and USB triggers. Standard memory provides 100 Kpts per channel, upgradeable to 1 Mpts per channel. The oscilloscope supports optional mixed-signal functionality with 8 integrated digital channels, serial protocol analysis (CAN/LIN, I2C/SPI, UART/RS232), and a single-channel WaveGen function generator at 20 MHz. Segmented memory and mask limit testing are available options. Connectivity includes two USB host ports (front and rear), one USB device port, with optional LAN and GPIB interfaces. The fully upgradeable architecture allows engineers to expand capabilities as requirements evolve.
