The Keysight DSOX6002A is a 2-channel digital storage oscilloscope engineered for high-speed signal integrity analysis and complex waveform debugging. It delivers 1 GHz base bandwidth, upgradeable to 6 GHz, with sample rates reaching 20 GSa/s on half channels and 10 GSa/s across all channels. The 12.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display with gesture support provides intuitive waveform navigation, while the 450,000 waveforms/s capture rate ensures transient event detection.

Advanced triggering modes - including edge, glitch, width, pattern, rise/fall time, setup & hold, and Zone touch triggering with InfiniiScan - enable precise signal isolation in complex designs. Memory depth reaches 4 Mpts on half channels and 2 Mpts with all channels active. The instrument integrates oscilloscope, serial protocol analysis, dual-channel waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, digital multimeter, and 10-digit counter with totalizer functionality in a single platform.

Optional MSO upgrade adds digital channel capability for mixed-signal debugging. Vertical resolution spans 8 bits standard to 11 bits with enhanced resolution. Input impedance selections of 50Ω and 1 MΩ support diverse measurement scenarios, with vertical sensitivity from 1 mV/DIV to 10 V/DIV and maximum input voltage ratings of ±5 V peak (50Ω) or 400 V max (1 MΩ).

Noise floor specifications measure 115 μVrms at 1 mV/div with 1 GHz bandwidth and 210 μVrms at 6 GHz bandwidth. USB 2.0 host and device connectivity enables remote control and data transfer.
