The Keysight E5396-68702 is a five-module retention kit engineered to secure Soft Touch connectorless logic analyzer probes to target PCBs with precision pin-to-pad alignment. Each retention module employs micro spring-pin technology to establish reliable contact on signal pads, accommodating uneven or contaminated surfaces without requiring special plating or site preparation. Designed exclusively for the E5396A and E5398A probes, this top-side retention approach eliminates the need to access board rear surfaces and removes the requirement for dedicated connectors on the target board itself.
