Agilent/Keysight E5382B

The Keysight E5382B is a 17-channel flying lead probe set engineered for high-speed digital signal acquisition with Keysight logic analyzers. This probe set delivers 1.5 Gb/s maximum data rate with minimal loading - 1.3 pF equivalent input capacitance - making it suitable for non-invasive probing of high-speed digital designs. The configuration includes 16 single-ended data channels and one channel configurable as single-ended or differential for clock signals.

A 90-pin cable connector interfaces directly with compatible logic analyzer pods.
