The Keysight E5845A is a single-ended ZIF probe designed for high-speed DDR3 DRAM characterization. It is the interface between W3631A DDR3 DRAM BGA probes and compatible Keysight logic analyzers, enabling capture of memory bus signals during real-time operation.
