This unit
The Keysight EXR204A Infiniium EXR-Series oscilloscope delivers 2 GHz bandwidth across 4 analog channels with 16 GSa/s simultaneous sampling. Built on custom 130 nm BiCMOS silicon, this instrument captures signals with 43 µV noise floor and 10-bit ADC resolution - up to 16 bits in high-resolution mode. The waveform engine sustains >200,000 wfm/s update rates, enabling real-time characterization of complex transients and protocol violations.
Designed for R&D validation, design debug, and manufacturing test, the EXR204A combines oscilloscope, logic analyzer, arbitrary waveform generator, frequency response analyzer, counter, and voltmeter in a single platform. Its 7-in-1 architecture supports analog channels, optional 16-channel mixed-signal capture, 50 MHz AWG and FRA modules, and protocol decoding. Hardware-accelerated measurements - over 50 standard voltage and timing calculations - eliminate software bottlenecks during high-volume screening.
