Auto-speed negotiation supports 1.0625 Gbps, 2.125 Gbps, and 4.25 Gbps operation for transparent compatibility with existing infrastructure. Twin RISC I/O engines minimize host CPU overhead while handling SCSI Fibre Channel Protocol (FCP), Internet Protocol (IP), File System SCSI, and Raw Initiator SCSI simultaneously.
