The Abaco Systems IP-UNIDIG-E-48 is a single-wide IndustryPack module delivering 48 individually programmable TTL-level digital I/O lines. Each line configures independently as input or output, enabling flexible signal management across diverse industrial and embedded systems. Double-buffered input and output architecture supports simultaneous latching of multiple signals - essential for simulation and real-time control environments.

All I/O lines incorporate LineSafe ESD protection. External clock triggering synchronizes double-buffering operations via selectable rising or falling edge detection on CMOS/TTL-compatible clock sources. Output drivers sink up to 4 mA continuous load current per line; logic-high state relies on passive pull-up biasing.

The module complies with ANSI/VITA-4 IndustryPack standards and ships with Windows NT driver support and subroutine libraries. Single-wide form factor measures approximately 1.8 × 3.9 inches. Note: This product entered Restricted Production Phase (RPP) effective December 31, 2016.
