The Anritsu MS4623D is a 4-port vector network analyzer engineered for S-parameter measurements across 10 MHz to 6 GHz. This instrument delivers 125 dB dynamic range with source power of +10 dBm and receiver noise as low as –115 dBm, enabling S-parameter uncertainty below 0.05 dB. Measurement speed reaches 150 μsec/point with selectable data points from 1 to 1601 and IF bandwidth options from 10 Hz to 30 kHz.
