This unit

The Anritsu MS9710B Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a diffraction-grating based instrument engineered for high-accuracy optical spectral measurements across a broad wavelength range. It performs precise measurements of laser diode and LED spectra, passive optical component transmission characteristics, and optical fiber system noise figure and gain. The analyzer delivers superior stability and reliability for demanding WDM communications testing, particularly in the 1.55 µm band.
