The Keysight (Agilent) N2802A 25 GHz InfiniiMax III Probe Amplifier delivers signal acquisition for advanced high-speed digital and microwave probing. Built on a proprietary 200 GHz fT indium phosphide (InP) IC process with backside ground vias and thick film technology, this amplifier provides full 25 GHz bandwidth directly at the probe tip while maintaining ultra-low loading on the Device Under Test. The result is superior signal fidelity and minimal DUT perturbation - critical for accurate measurements in demanding applications.
