Engineered for field deployment, it delivers comprehensive RF and microwave measurements across 300 kHz to 50 GHz with dynamic range up to 115 dB and real-time bandwidth to 120 MHz gap-free. The N9952B withstands MIL-PRF-28800F Class 2 and MIL-STD-810G conditions with a water-resistant chassis, operates from -10 to +55 °C, and runs up to 4.5 hours on a field-swappable Li-Ion battery.
