Rohde and Schwarz NRP-Z21 Three-Path Diode Power Sensor, 18 GHz

The Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Z21 is a three-path diode power sensor delivering accurate RF power measurements from 10 MHz to 18 GHz across a dynamic range of 90 dB. Operating standalone via USB or integrated into Rohde & Schwarz measurement systems, it covers -67 dBm to +23 dBm with exceptional linearity and low sensitivity to harmonics and spurious signals. The sensor acquires continuous, burst, and timeslot average power with automatic burst detection, gating, and trace mode capability at 100 kHz video bandwidth.

Measurement throughput reaches 1500 samples/s in buffered mode.
