The Rohde & Schwarz NRP90TWG is a thermocouple-based thermal power sensor engineered for precision measurements across the 60 GHz to 90 GHz band. It delivers dynamic range from –35 dBm to +20 dBm with measurement noise below 28 nW (typically 20 nW) and linearity of 0.010 dB between 50 GHz and 110 GHz. The sensor handles continuous average power up to 0.3 W and peak envelope power to 10 W for 1 µs bursts, with impedance matching (SWR) under 1.35.

Thermal design architecture minimizes environmental sensitivity and measurement drift, while an internal calibration test verifies accuracy against stored reference values. Operation via USB or LAN connectivity accommodates production floors, R&D labs, calibration facilities, and field service environments.
