This unit

The ILX Lightwave OMH-6732B is a dual-function optical measurement head that combines power and wavelength measurement into a single probe for laser diode and LED characterization. Silicon detectors integrated with an integrating sphere architecture eliminate common measurement obstacles - detector saturation, beam alignment sensitivity, profile variations, polarization effects, and back reflections - delivering repeatable, accurate results across a wide dynamic range. The head self-calibrates wavelength-dependent detector response, temperature-stabilized detectors ensure environmental independence, and all measurements trace to NIST standards.
