The Advantest R6243 is a precision DC voltage and current source/monitor combining simultaneous sourcing and measurement in a single instrument. Built for device characterization, automated testing, and semiconductor evaluation, it delivers accurate DC power with real-time electrical parameter monitoring across four distinct measurement modes. Its flexible architecture supports DC, pulse, and sweep-based testing methodologies, making it essential for R&D labs, production characterization, and advanced component evaluation.

Voltage Sourcing & Measurement: 320 mV to 110 V output range with 10 µV source resolution and 1 µV measurement resolution. Current Sourcing & Measurement: 32 µA to 2 A output range with 1 nA source resolution and 100 pA measurement resolution. Output Capabilities: Delivers 2 A at up to 32 V; 1 A at up to 64 V; 0.5 A at up to 110 V. Source and measurement accuracy guaranteed for one year at 23 ±5°C and ≤85% relative humidity. Resolution: 4½-digit source, 5½-digit measurement. Minimum pulse width: 1 ms.
