The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZS10 is an active, single-ended voltage probe engineered for high-frequency measurements from DC to 1 GHz. It delivers minimal circuit loading through 1 MΩ input impedance and 0.8 pF input capacitance, preserving signal integrity across broadband applications. The probe's 10:1 attenuation factor, ±0.5% attenuation error, and sub-350 ps rise time enable precise characterization of fast transients and high-speed signals.

With a propagation delay of 5.5 ns and 1.1 m cable length, it suits both bench and automated test environments.
