The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1054 is a 500 MHz digital oscilloscope built for electronics development, manufacturing test, and signal analysis. With four analog channels, 5 Gsample/s acquisition per channel, and memory depths up to 200 Msample, it captures complex signals with precision. The instrument delivers over 1,000,000 waveforms per second and supports high-resolution 16-bit vertical measurements in HD mode.

A capacitive 10.4-inch touchscreen with 1024 × 768 resolution enables intuitive operation and real-time waveform interaction.
