The Rohde & Schwarz RTO2014 is a 1 GHz benchtop digital oscilloscope engineered for high-fidelity signal acquisition and complex measurement tasks. It delivers four analog channels with 10 Gsample/s realtime sampling per channel, capturing up to 2 Gsample maximum memory depth. The instrument features a capacitive touchscreen with SmartGrid interface and exceptional waveform acquisition rates exceeding 1,000,000 waveforms/s.


Low noise floor and high dynamic range enable isolation of minute signal details across multi-domain debugging scenarios.
