The instrument supports linear, logarithmic, and segmented frequency sweeps, power sweeps, and time-domain analysis with embedding/de-embedding and Automatic Fixture Removal.
Measurement bandwidth adjusts from 1 Hz to 300 kHz. Up to 16 logical channels and 16 traces per channel enable parallel test configurations. Test points range from 2 to 200,001 per measurement.
