This unit
The DDC SIM-31201 is a precision microprocessor-based synchro/resolver simulator engineered to generate accurate angle signals for verification and calibration of position control systems, navigation equipment, and angle-dependent measurement instruments. The instrument combines front-panel keyboard and display operation with IEEE-488 (GPIB) remote programming, making it suitable for production testing, quality control, laboratory work, and field service environments. Its solid-state design delivers stable, programmable synchro and resolver outputs across multiple voltage levels and standard power-line frequencies.
Technical Specifications
Output Voltage (Programmable): 11.8 V RMS, 25 V RMS, or 90 V RMS nominal
Frequency: 47 to 63 Hz standard; 400 Hz available upon factory consultation
Display: 6-digit, 0.43" LED with polarizing filter
Power Input: 115 V nominal (35 V for 26 V nominal output)
Power Supply Frequency: 47 to 63 Hz
