Agilent / Keysight U2001H 10 MHz – 6 GHz USB Power Sensor

The Agilent/Keysight U2001H is a USB-connected power sensor that delivers precise RF and microwave power measurements from 10 MHz to 6 GHz across an 80 dB dynamic range. Operating from −50 dBm to +30 dBm, it eliminates the need for a separate benchtop power meter by connecting directly to a PC. The sensor employs dual measurement paths - a low-power path (−50 dBm to +3 dBm) and high-power path (+3 dBm to +30 dBm) - with automatic switching at +3 dBm for optimal accuracy across the full range.

Measurement uncertainty is ≤1.9% at room temperature, with power accuracy of ±5.0% in normal mode and ±4.0% in average-only mode (25 °C ± 10 °C). The sensor supports up to 250 readings per second in standard operation, extending to 1000 readings/s in buffered mode for up to 50 readings. Internal zeroing eliminates the need for external calibration or DUT shutdown.

Flexible triggering - via internal envelope detection or external signals - combined with trace display for signal envelope visualization enables precise gate placement and trigger level setup.
