Agilent / Keysight E4413A Wide Dynamic Range Power Sensor, E-Series

The Agilent/Keysight E4413A is a diode-based CW power sensor delivering average power measurements across 50 MHz to 26.5 GHz with a 90 dB dynamic range. Operating from -70 dBm to +20 dBm (100 pW to 100 mW), It has measurement speeds up to 400 readings per second and power linearity of ±3% at 25°C across its primary range. The sensor integrates calibration factors, linearity correction, and temperature compensation data in onboard EEPROM, enabling accurate measurements without external calibration lookup.

Its compact form factor (102 mm × 30 mm × 38 mm) and APC-3.5mm connector make it suitable for benchtop and field deployment. The E4413A is optimized for CW and narrowband signals; amplitude-modulated, pulsed, or multi-tone signals may introduce measurement error.
