Emerson / Motorola VME162PA-252SE Embedded Controller

The Emerson/Motorola VME162PA-252SE is a double-high VMEbus embedded controller built around the MC68LC040 or MC68040 32-bit microprocessor running at 25 MHz. The MC68040 variant includes an integrated floating-point coprocessor and 8KB cache; both feature an MMU. This module delivers real-time processing for industrial control, data acquisition, and VMEbus-based automation systems through configurable memory, multiple serial interfaces, and optional expansion via IndustryPack, Ethernet, and SCSI.
