Technical Specifications
The Y1131A comprises software and hardware components. Hardware includes custom-designed terminal blocks with pre-wired 9-pin ribbon cables terminating in D-Sub connectors that route signals and isolate individual relays during verification and diagnostic procedures. These blocks connect directly to modules installed in the 34980A mainframe. Diagnostic capabilities encompass detection of relay shorts, opens, and single-sided shorts on differential channels.
