The IBM 1754-HC3 is a local console manager designed for direct access and control of multiple IBM servers and compatible systems. This 8-port KVM switch connects up to 128 target systems through tiered configurations using standard CAT-5 UTP cabling. It delivers local video output at 1600x1200 or 1680x1050 (widescreen) and accepts USB or PS/2 keyboards and mice. Virtual media support via conversion options enables USB 2.0 device access for software deployment and OS installations on connected servers.
