Common HP / Agilent 3311A faults: BNC output connector wear, output amplifier failure from short-circuit drive, display and keypad membrane switch wear, DDS or DAC failure on 33250A. HP 33120A and Agilent 33220A most common fault is BNC output connector wear from repeated cable insertions. Output amplifier failure on the HP 33120A typically results from sustained short-circuit drive. Agilent 33250A DDS and high-speed DAC failures are rare but require component-level repair and post-repair amplitude verification across the full 80 MHz range.

HP / Agilent 3311A price
