Purpose-built for design validation, component characterization, and production testing of high-frequency devices, this instrument delivers magnitude, phase, and group-delay responses with vector-error correction. A fast-sweeping synthesized source provides precise frequency control, while a four-channel tuned receiver captures detailed DUT behavior in the frequency domain.
