Agilent/Keysight M9804A

The Keysight M9804A is a PXIe Vector Network Analyzer module engineered for multiport RF test applications spanning 9 kHz to 20 GHz. Available in 2-, 4-, or 6-port configurations, it delivers PXI VNA performance with dynamic range, measurement speed, trace noise, and temperature stability optimized for production and R&D environments. Multiple modules cascade within a single PXIe chassis to create VNAs with up to 50 ports, each port operating synchronously with full multiport error correction.

The M9804A inherits Keysight's proven measurement science from the PNA, ENA, and Streamline Series platforms, ensuring consistent, repeatable results across complex test scenarios.
