The HP/Agilent 54621A is a 2-channel, 60 MHz oscilloscope engineered for detailed waveform analysis and signal troubleshooting across diverse electronic testing environments. It combines 200 MSa/s sampling with 2 MBytes of deep memory per channel and MegaZoom technology to capture and examine transient events with high fidelity. The instrument delivers 8-bit vertical resolution, expandable to 12 bits in high-resolution mode, and horizontal sweep speeds from 5 ns/div to 50 s/div with 25 ps horizontal resolution.
